MY NAME IS DAVID ARREOLA.
I was born and raised in Florida House District 22. I’m running for the state legislature to fight back against the political extremists who are attacking our friends and neighbors. During my time on the Gainesville City Commission, I championed public safety on our streets, fought to make Florida affordable, and advocated for reproductive rights.
As your next state representative, I'll take our struggle for gun safety, affordability, and reproductive freedom to Tallahassee.

Let's fight back against extreme anti-choice politicians' attacks on abortion access. We should invest in childcare, and maternal healthcare, and protect the right to birth control. Everyone must be free to choose when to start a family without government interference.
Making Florida Affordable
With our families struggling to afford rising costs, now is the time to build a Florida where we can all thrive. To make our economy fairer and more affordable, we should confront the homeowners insurance crisis, extend access to our public colleges and universities, strengthen protections for working people, and expand Medicaid.
Advancing Gun Safety
Floridians are tired of career politicians claiming that the gun violence epidemic is inevitable. We deserve better than that - we deserve common-sense solutions that will save lives. To protect our community, we should strengthen licensing requirements and mandate safe weapon storage and background checks.
